Lori Jarboe, PT, DPT, MHS
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Lori Jarboe is honored to share more than 15 years of clinical and managerial expertise with HealthSouth Lakeview. She graduated from the University of Louisville in with her bachelor's degree in physical therapy and then from the University of Indianapolis with an advanced master’s degree in health sciences and a doctoral degree in physical therapy. Lori holds multiple certifications and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, pursuing fellow status. She is a proud resident of Rineyville with her husband and two children and enjoys the outdoors and supporting the Arts.
Lindsey Box-Rotger, BSN, RN, CRRN
Chief Nursing Officer
Lindsey came to HealthSouth Lakeview Rehabilitation Hospital with a background in quality and risk management from sister hospital, HealthSouth Cane Creek. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2006. As director of quality and risk management, Lindsey brought experience leading the hospital’s patient satisfaction initiatives, quality reviews, and advanced certification requirements, including The Joint Commission and National Stroke Association. A native of Greenfield, Lindsey is also board-certified as a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN®).
Director of Human Resources
Tina is glad to share seven years of experience in the HealthSouth system. She has been a member of the Society for Human Resources (SHRM) and Elizabethtown SHRM organizations for the past four years and is currently pursuing a degree in human resources management. She enjoys caring for her two horses and five dogs, four of which are rescue animals.
Scott brings more than 12 years of accounting experience to HealthSouth Lakeview. He received a bachelor's degree from the Western Kentucky University. Scott was born and raised in Grayson County and currently resides in Clarkson with his wife and two children.
Director of Marketing Operations
Mark comes to HealthSouth with over 10 years of Marketing and Sales experience in the healthcare industry. He believes his success is rooted in the passion he has for seeing improvements in the quality of life for the folks he comes in contact with. He received his Bachelor degrees in both Marketing and Management from Pensacola Christian College. Mark says, “I am excited for the opportunity to work with the talented folks at HealthSouth who also have the vision of improving the lives of the patients we serve.” As the director of marketing operations Mark is responsible for business development, media relations, and overseeing the day to day activities of the marketing and admissions team. Mark came to Elizabethtown, Ky. in the spring of 2002 and has made Hardin County his home. He enjoys spending his free time with his 3 young boys, swimming, playing sports, or just hunting for frogs and salamanders.
Director of Plant Operations and Patient Safety Officer
John, a Hardin County native and US Navy veteran, brings over 30 years of plant operations expertise to HealthSouth Lakeview. Since starting at Lakeview in 2007, he has focused on advancing the hospital’s Environment of Care and has been actively involved with environmental, health and safety concerns, and improvements in the workplace including serving as a member of HealthSouth’s National Patient Safety Task Force.
Wanda Owens Neal, RN, CRRN
Director of Quality and Risk Management
Wanda joined the staff of HealthSouth Lakeview Hospital of Central Kentucky in 2011 in the role of Quality Coordinator. She has since been promoted to the role of Director of Quality and Risk Management. As Quality Director, Wanda is instrumental in the hospital’s performance improvement teams, quality reviews/initiatives and ensuring proper compliance with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies. She has been part of the HealthSouth team since 1992 starting her career at HealthSouth Cane Creek in Martin, Tennessee serving in many different nursing roles and eventually promoted to Chief Nursing Officer. Wanda is a native of Martin and holds a nursing degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
Neil Paslawski, PT
Director of Physical Therapy
Neil joined the leadership team at HealthSouth Lakeview in 2013. He has been with HealthSouth since 2009, starting as a staff physical therapist with HealthSouth in Mesa, Arizona. Neil earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training and Health Promotion from the University of Iowa, and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. While in Mesa Neil also taught Anatomy as an Adjunct Professor at A.T. Still University in the School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona. He values education and practicing physical therapy, using the technology and skills supported by the latest research. He strives to educate patients on their health condition to empower them to make the best treatment decisions for their needs. He is an educator on HealthSouth’s Hip Fracture team for Clinical Excellence. Neil is passionate about patient care and believes individuals should have an opportunity to succeed in enjoying wellness and the highest quality of life after injury or illness.
Director of Case Management
Angela has been a case manager in the rehabilitative hospital setting for over 13 years. She graduated from Western Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in social work in 1995. Angela was born and raised in Hart County where she currently resides with her husband. She enjoys spoiling her niece and nephew as much as possible.
