Lori Jarboe, PT, DPT, MHS
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Lori Jarboe is honored to share more than 15 years of clinical and managerial expertise with HealthSouth Lakeview. She graduated from the University of Louisville in with her bachelor's degree in physical therapy and then from the University of Indianapolis with an advanced master’s degree in health sciences and a doctoral degree in physical therapy. Lori holds multiple certifications and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, pursuing fellow status. She is a proud resident of Rineyville with her husband and two children and enjoys the outdoors and supporting the Arts.
Chris Koford, M.D.
Medical Director
Dr. Koford earned his medical degree at the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 1999 before completing his residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation in 2003. A board certified physician by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Dr. Koford has been in private practice since 2003. His practice is devoted to treating injury or illness to decrease pain and restore function. He enjoys getting to know each patient and helping them and their families understand their diagnosis and path to recovery. Dr. Koford believes that a coordinated team effort including physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and rehabilitation nurses is the best way to optimize recovery. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family, racing ATV's, mountain biking and golfing.
Chris Koford, M.D. is an independent private practice physician whose office is located at the hospital.
Marcie Britain
Director of Therapy Operations
Marcie has been with HealthSouth Lakeview since 2004 and has been a practicing physical therapist in Hardin County for more than nine years. She graduated from Western Kentucky University with a bachelor's degree in biology and also received a master's degree in physical therapy and a bachelor's degree in health sciences from the University of Kentucky in 2001.
Tina Desjourdy
Human Resources Coordinator
Tina is glad to share seven years of experience in the HealthSouth system. She has been a member of the Society for Human Resources (SHRM) and Elizabethtown SHRM organizations for the past four years and is currently pursuing a degree in human resources management. She enjoys caring for her two horses and five dogs, four of which are rescue animals.
James Farrell
Chief Nursing Officer
James has been in healthcare for more than 20 years. He has worked in rehabilitation at various levels including staff nurse, charge nurse and nurse manager. James has been published in the National Rehabilitation Nursing Journal and is co-author of a textbook on rehabilitation nursing that was published in March 2011. He is an active member of the Association for Rehabilitation Nursing (ARN) and has held various positions including certification exam writing and as a national conference planning committee member. He earned his associate degree in nursing and bachelor's degree from Western Kentucky University. He also holds an MBA from the University of Louisville. James is currently attending school at McKendree University in pursuit of his bachelor's degree in nursing. He lives in Elizabethtown with his wife, who teaches in Glendale, and their two children.
Scott Hart
Controller
Scott brings more than 12 years of accounting experience to HealthSouth Lakeview. He received a bachelor's degree from the Western Kentucky University. Scott was born and raised in Grayson County and currently resides in Clarkson with his wife and two children.
John Jackson
Director of Plant Operations and Patient Safety Officer
John brings more than 30 years of plant operations expertise to HealthSouth Lakeview. Throughout his time at HealthSouth he has focused on advancing the quality of equipment and facility maintenance. He has also been actively involved with environmental, health and safety concerns and improvement in the workplace including serving as a member of HealthSouth’s National Patient Safety Task Force for two years. He is a member of the Instrument Society of America, the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, and a senior member in the Society of Manufacturing Engineers.
Angela Spillman
Director of Case Management
Angela has been a case manager in the rehabilitative hospital setting for over 13 years. She graduated from Western Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in social work in 1995. Angela was born and raised in Hart County where she currently resides with her husband. She enjoys spoiling her niece and nephew as much as possible.
